Dave Caffroy

Dave Caffroy possesses extensive experience in human resources, operations, and sales management. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Dunn-Edwards Corporation since January 2011, Caffroy provides strategic oversight for enterprise Human Capital strategies in various areas including talent acquisition and employee development. Previously, as Regional Operations Manager for Arizona, Caffroy managed 23 retail locations with significant accountability for P&L, achieving notable revenue and profit growth. Prior roles include Commercial Sales Manager at TruGreen LandCare, where sales strategies led to a 29% revenue increase, and various managerial positions at Enterprise Rent-A-Car focused on enhancing revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Caffroy holds an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Redlands.
