Robbie Dagger

Robbie Dagger serves as the Chief People Officer at dunnhumby since April 2024. Previously, Robbie held multiple key roles at Tesco from January 2011 to April 2024, culminating in the position of Director - People Change, where leadership was provided for transformational change plans within the Group People function. Responsibilities included the development of a new Operating Model and collaboration with Tesco Business Services. Other significant roles at Tesco involved strategic planning for the People Function and global leadership of people teams across India, the UK, and Central Europe. Prior experience includes serving as Account Director at Retail Human Resources plc, where top sales performance was achieved for five consecutive years. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Politics & International Relations from Lancaster University, a CIPD Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, and management studies at Cranfield School of Management.
