Paula Pennanen

Paula Pennanen's work experience begins in 2014 as a Salesperson at Henkilöstöratkaisu Extraajat Oy, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they joined K-Supermarket as a Department Manager, a position they held until 2018. In the same year, they became an Administrative Intern at Demos Helsinki, an independent think tank. Paula later became an Office Coordinator at Demos Helsinki before leaving in 2019. In 2019, they started working at DK&A / NoA as a Financial Assistant, then transitioned to a People Operations Specialist role in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Controller at DK&A / NoA, which they started in January 2022.

Paula Pennanen completed their high school education at Oulunkylän yhteiskoulu from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a degree in music at Palmgren-konsevatorio from 2012 to 2015, earning a Conservatory qualification. Lastly, Paula attended Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 2017 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
