Duncan Tyler

Duncan Tyler has a long and varied work experience. From 2018 to present, they have been working at Dunstan Thomas (DT) as the Head of Support & Test, and Group Test and Service Delivery Manager. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Capita | Software services as the Test & Business Analyst Manager, leading the Business Analyst and Test QA function for Synaptic Software. From 2017 to 2018, they also worked at SSP Worldwide as a Business Analyst. From 2001 to 2017, they worked at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd in various roles, including IT Service / Platform Manager, IT Deputy Operations / Project Manager, Test and QA Manager, Test Coordinator, Test Analyst, Underwriter, and Claims Specialist. From 2001 to 2017, they also worked at BDML Connect as an Associate Broker.

Duncan Tyler obtained a Bachelor's degree with honours in Information Technology from the University of Portsmouth between 1998 and 2001. In 2007, they obtained a Foundation Certification in Software Testing from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In 2012, they obtained a Duck Creek Author Master Level Certified from Accenture. In 2013, they obtained an ITIL v3 Foundation from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. In 2022, they obtained a DevOps Foundation from the DevOps Institute.
