Monica Knauss

Monica Knauss has over a decade of experience in marketing and community relations, currently serving as the Director of Marketing at Dunwoody Village since August 2019, after assuming the role of Interim Director of Marketing. Prior experience includes positions as Associate Marketing Director at Homewood at Martinsburg, where responsibilities encompassed managing potential residents' move-in processes, conducting campus tours, and engaging with the community in a continuing care retirement setting serving nearly 400 residents. Earlier career experience as a Paralegal/Office Manager at Gus R. Lesnevich, Inc. involved case management and communication for forensic document examination services. Monica Knauss holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Penn State World Campus and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Robert Morris University.
