Amo Z. is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in brand marketing and graphic design. Currently serving as a Brand Marketing Designer & Maker at Duolingo since January 2024, Amo previously held key roles at Discord from January 2020 to November 2023, including Art Director and Graphic Design Lead, where responsibilities encompassed managing the Graphic Design team and driving creative projects through collaboration. Additional experience includes a tenure as a Visual Designer at Google, an internship at Adobe, and freelance design work at NetEase, complemented by a robust foundation in education with a Master’s Degree in Design from California College of the Arts and a Bachelor’s in Artistic Design from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
