Daniel Distler

Daniel Distler is currently working as a Data Scientist at Duolingo. Prior to this, Daniel interned at Duolingo in the Monetization Area. Daniel has also worked as a Detroit Summer Impact Fellow at Hope Starts Here, and as an English Language Arts and Social Studies Teacher at Detroit Public Schools Community District. Additionally, Daniel has experience as a Corps Member at Teach For America, an intern at Year Up, an Organizing Fellow at Hillary for America, a Remote Metadata Intern at The Law Library of Congress, and a Student Orientation Leader at University of Michigan. Daniel holds a M.S. in Public Policy & Management – Data Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.A. in Public Policy from University of Michigan.
