Ilana Phillips

Ilana Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ilana is currently working as a Creative Producer for Duolingo since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Nickelodeon from 2013 to 2021, holding various positions including Creative Producer for Interactive Video, Associate Creative Producer for Interactive Video, and Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Digital.

Before joining Nickelodeon, Ilana worked as an Executive Assistant to a Talent Manager at Liebman Entertainment from 2011 to 2013. Ilana also had a role as a Casting Assistant at Jennifer Sullivan Casting for a brief period in 2011. Ilana gained experience as a Comedy Management Intern at 3 Arts Entertainment and as a Development Intern at Scott Rudin Productions in 2011.

Ilana began their career in 2010 as a Production Intern for Late Night with Jimmy Fallon at NBCUniversal, Inc. Overall, their work experience showcases a strong background in creative production, digital media, talent management, casting, and television production.

Ilana Phillips pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from New York University from 2007 to 2011.
