Jameel Bennett MBA, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Jameel began their career at Booz Allen Hamilton in 2006, working as a Consultant and later transitioning into a Senior Consultant role. In these positions, they provided legal administrative assistance and financial and programmatic support for various programs and meetings. Jameel also managed a patent database and prepared correspondence related to filing licenses.

In 2012, Jameel joined Ogletree Deakins as an Administrative Support staff member before moving to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh in 2013. At the bank, they served as a Training and Development Specialist, supporting multiple departments in administrative tasks such as managing recruiting coordination and reviewing communication and strategic plans. Jameel later took on the role of Legal Operations and Governance Specialist, where they were responsible for managing the Bank's Corporate Governance function, preparing board meeting materials, and serving as Secretary of the Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Committee and Co-Chair of the Community Engagement Committee.

In 2018, Jameel joined Duolingo as a Travel and Events Coordinator, undertaking responsibilities related to travel coordination and event planning. Jameel then transitioned to the role of HR Administrator, where they handled payroll, benefits administration, data and document management, and facilitated new employee onboarding by developing resources and tools to enhance the employee experience. Currently, Jameel holds the position of Onboarding Specialist at Duolingo, focusing on improving the onboarding process for new employees.

Jameel Bennett has held an impressive educational journey throughout the years. Jameel began their studies in 1998 at Howard University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in the field of Administration of Justice. Jameel dedicated four years to complete their undergraduate studies, graduating in 2002.
