Kendra Janelle Ross, PhD completed their Bachelor of Music (B.M.) degree in Music Business and Technology at New York University. Kendra Janelle then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Anthropology at The New School from 2009 to 2011. Later, they earned another Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Liberal Studies from Brooklyn College, which they attended from 2004 to 2006. In 2015, Kendra undertook their doctoral studies and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Community Engagement from Point Park University in 2020.
Kendra also holds several certifications to supplement their education. Kendra Janelle has completed the Big Data For Social Good certificate program at Harvard Business School Online in September 2022. Additionally, they obtained the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. In January 2021, Kendra acquired the Big Data - What Every Manager Needs to Know certification from Experfy. Kendra Janelle also completed two data science courses through LinkedIn: The Data Science of Sports Management with Barton Poulson in January 2021 and The Data Science of Media and Entertainment with Barton Poulson in October 2020.
