Kevin Clayton

Kevin Clayton is an experienced executive in the fields of diversity, inclusion, and social impact. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Impact and Equity Officer at Rock Entertainment Group, and previously as Senior Vice President at the Cleveland Cavaliers, Kevin has dedicated significant portions of career to promoting equity within various organizations. Leadership roles have included Chairman of the Board for CHC: Creating Healthier Communities, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Mercy Health, and Chief Diversity Officer for the United States Tennis Association. Kevin also founded Axxis Consulting, focused on diversity and multi-cultural marketing. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and Psychology from Wilmington College (OH).
