Mark Zheng

Mark Zheng currently serves as Lead Corporate Counsel at Duolingo, a position held since January 2023, after transitioning from a role as Senior Corporate Counsel. Previously, Mark Zheng worked as Product and Regulatory Counsel at Argo AI from February 2022 to November 2022. Prior to that, Mark Zheng was an Associate in the Technology and Intellectual Property Group at Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease LLP from September 2018 to February 2022 and also served as an Associate in the Business and Tort Litigation Group at Jones Day from October 2013 to August 2018. Mark Zheng began the career as a Law Clerk for Judge Thomas Hardiman at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit from August 2012 to August 2013. Mark Zheng holds a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School (2009-2012) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago (2005-2009).
