Jennifer Pesce

Jennifer Pesce currently serves as Lead Corporate Counsel at Aurora Solar, where responsibilities include leading legal workstreams for strategic corporate transactions and managing core corporate matters. Previously, Jennifer held various roles at Fenwick & West, including Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel, advising tech companies on financings, IPO readiness, and M&A. Experience also includes an Associate position at Latham & Watkins, providing counsel on M&A, IPOs, and compliance for public and private clients. Jennifer started with law internships at the U.S. Department of Education and served as a teacher with Chicago Public Schools through Teach For America. Jennifer holds a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
