Natalia Tochka

Natalia Tochka has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Natalia started their career as an Assistant Manager at Atlantic Express Corp, where they maintained contact with shippers, followed special export procedures, and prepared export documentation. Natalia then became a Branch Manager, overseeing operational matters and conducting negotiations to provide excellent customer service and protect the company's interests.

Later, Natalia joined Alcoa as a Global Mobility Specialist (Contractor), where they improved relocation tracking processes, implemented data reports, and prepared presentations on key metrics. Natalia then transitioned into the role of Global Mobility/Immigration Specialist, managing day-to-day administration of global mobility programs and serving as a subject matter expert on relocation policies and third-party processes. Natalia also developed proposals for policy changes to enhance cost effectiveness and best practice consistency.

Currently, Natalia is working as an Immigration Manager at Duolingo, where they are responsible for immigration-related matters.

Natalia Tochka has a diverse education history. Natalia attended North-Caucasus State Technical University from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Linguistic Science degree. Later, they enrolled at Old Dominion University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from 2004 to 2007. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Old Dominion University, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their degrees, Natalia obtained a certification as a Certified Yellow Belt in the Lean Six Sigma Methodology from GELRAD in May 2019.
