Pedro Monteiro Borges

Pedro Monteiro Borges has experience working at Duolingo. Pedro started as a Thrive Intern in June 2021, where they contributed to a prototype involving a game where users compete to complete Duolingo lessons quickly and accurately. The prototype was implemented in React and Python. In 2022, they worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Duolingo. And in 2023, they were promoted to the role of Software Engineer I.

Pedro Monteiro Borges completed their high school education from Pioneer Charter School of Science (PCSS-I and PCSS-II) between 2015 and 2019, earning a High School Diploma. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science at Brown University, where they began their studies in 2019.
