Rose Hastings

Rose Hastings has extensive work experience in operations management and consulting. Rose currently serves as the Head of Review Operations at Duolingo, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Operations Manager at Duolingo from September 2021 to March 2023, and an Operations Manager from July 2020 to September 2021.

Before joining Duolingo, Rose worked at PSI Services LLC as a Senior Consultant from September 2019 to June 2020, where they led complex assessment implementation project teams and provided consulting expertise. Rose Hastings has a diverse education history. Rose pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, attending from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and Psychology at The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. In their earlier educational years, Rose attended The American School in Japan, although their time of enrollment and any degrees obtained are unknown. Additionally, Rose has obtained additional certifications in their field. In September 2020, they earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI. Furthermore, in February 2020, they obtained a certification in People Analytics from The Wharton School.
