Samarth Bhaskar

Samarth Bhaskar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content program management, business operations, and data analytics across various high-impact organizations. Currently serving as Group Content Program Manager at Duolingo since March 2024, Samarth previously held the position of Head of Business Operations at CareHarmony, where responsibilities included overseeing non-clinical operations for a care management organization. Samarth also served as Head of Member Engagement Operations at Cityblock Health, achieving significant improvements in onboarding metrics. As an Independent Consultant, Samarth provided strategic and analytical support for multiple initiatives, including digital communications for political campaigns.
