Schwarzmann Aurelia

Schwarzmann Aurelia has a strong background in language education and assessment. They started their career in 2011 at the Ministry of Education, where they worked in language testing, educational research, and project management. In 2016, they joined Rosetta Stone as an Assessment Specialist, where they were responsible for assessing language learning progress. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Duolingo as a Content Writer, focusing on creating language-learning materials.

Schwarzmann Aurelia completed a Master's Degree in Education, specializing in Equity and Social Justice, and Educational Leadership from San Francisco State University between 2015 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained another Master's Degree at Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck from 2004 to 2010. The degree focused on Teaching English, French, and Spanish as a Second or Foreign Language.
