Yue Huang (Alex)

Yue (Alex) Huang has a diverse range of work experience, starting with a role as a Software Engineer Intern at Duolingo in 2022. They then transitioned into a full-time position as a Software Engineer at Duolingo in 2023. Prior to this, Yue worked as the Director of Programming at WUSTL China Forum from 2020 to 2022. They also served as a Teaching Assistant and Engineering Tutor at Washington University in St. Louis from 2019 to 2021. Yue gained additional experience as a Software Development Intern at WorldHoists in 2020 and as a Data Analyst Intern at Balto Software in 2019.

Yue (Alex) Huang earned a High School Diploma from Beijing No.161 High School from 2015 to 2018. Subsequently, from 2018 to 2021, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science, with a second major in Math, from Washington University in St. Louis. In May 2021, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree from Washington University.

Currently, Yue is attending Columbia University and is expected to complete their Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science in 2022.
