Robert Baechle

Robert Baechle has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Robert started their career in 1991 at Glen Oaks Hospital, where they worked as a Lead Program Therapist, Substance Abuse Specialist, and Partial Hospital Specialist until 1997. In 1997, they joined the DuPage County Health Department and held various roles including Mental Health Worker, Clinician/Consultant, and Senior Clinician/Consultant until 2014. During their time at the DuPage County Health Department, they also served as an Interim Program Manager and Site Manager. In 2000, Baechle also worked as a Crisis Counselor at Northeast DuPage Family and Youth Services. Overall, Baechle has gained significant experience in organizational development, clinical services, program management, and crisis counseling throughout their career.

Robert Baechle attended National Louis University from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a Master of Science in Human Service Counseling. Robert specialized in Human Service Counseling during their studies. In December 2002, they also obtained a certification as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
