Paula Waterman

Paula Waterman serves as the Assistant Program Director for the Work-Based Learning and Youth Apprenticeship Collaborative at the DuPage Regional Office of Education, where assistance is provided to secondary schools in DuPage County to enhance Work-Based Learning offerings across various career pathways. Concurrently, Paula holds the position of Lead Career Advisor for D211 with the Northwest Educational Council for Student Success, coordinating a team of Career Advisors to guide 12,000 students in making informed decisions regarding career opportunities and educational pathways. Paula's prior experience includes working as a Research Engineer at Kraft Foods, where modifications to emulsion formulations and shear processes resulted in significant annual savings. Paula received a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University.
