Philip van Den Nieuwenhof

Philip van den Nieuwenhof is a legal and claims management professional with extensive experience in the maritime and commodity sectors. Currently serving as Manager Claims Charterers’ Liability / P&I at DUPI Group since February 2022, Philip has progressed through various roles, including Claims Executive and Senior Claims Handler. Prior roles include Legal Counsel at ACT Commodities and Senior Broker at Aon within the Commodity Industry Practice. Earlier experience encompasses positions such as Regional Compliance Manager at Flexport, Senior Associate at Codex Mulder Advocaten, and Area Manager at ETC Projects BVBA. Philip holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Amsterdam and has studied at prestigious institutions including New York University.
