Abhijit Jadhav

Abhijit Jadhav has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning over 19 years.

Abhijit currently serves as the HR Leader for dss+ in India, where they are responsible for overseeing the HR function for various business units and driving the organization's talent agenda.

Prior to joining dss+, Abhijit worked at EY as the Location Lead North - HR Business Partner. In this role, they provided guidance on employee matters, collaborated with leadership to implement action plans, and analyzed talent-related data to identify trends.

Abhijit also gained experience at eClerx, where they served as a Senior Manager in Recruitment. Abhijit played a crucial role in executive hiring and talent acquisition strategies, while overseeing a team of five direct reports.

Throughout their career, they have leveraged their expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources to make a significant impact on organizations.

Abhijit Jadhav completed their education in a chronological order. Abhijit started their academic journey in 1993 by attending Air Force Bal Bharti School, where they pursued Commerce (with Mathematics) until 1998.

After completing their schooling, Abhijit enrolled in Dyal Singh College, Delhi University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in English from 1998 to 2001.

Following their undergraduate studies, Abhijit pursued further education at the New Delhi YMCA Institute for Media Studies & Information Technology. Abhijit completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising & Marketing in 2002, focusing on the field of Advertising & Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Abhijit has also obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. In July 2020, they achieved the EY Transformative leadership - Teaming - Bronze certification from EY. Furthermore, in May 2020, they acquired the EY Innovation - Design thinking - Bronze certification from the same institution.
