Akash Deogade has over 16 years of work experience in various roles related to IT service management, project management, and operations management.

Akash currently works at dss+ as the IT Excellence and Governance role. Their responsibilities include delivering IT services with excellence, implementing enterprise architecture processes, and managing IT procurement and licenses.

Prior to that, Akash worked at Fiserv as a Senior Manager in Project Management from March 2019 to December 2022.

Akash also worked at Wipro Limited as an Operations Manager and ITIL Consultant. In these roles, Akash managed operations for the largest insurance account at Wipro, maintained delivery maturity index, and provided IT service management and governance expertise.

Before Wipro, Akash worked at Iron Mountain as an IT Service Management and ITSM Reporting specialist, where they analyzed process gaps, performed data analysis, and drove improvements.

Prior to that, they worked at IBM as a Problem Manager, performing root cause analysis and proactive problem management.

Akash also worked at Unisys India as an Incident Manager, handling critical and high-priority issues and coordinating incident resolution.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Accenture in India as an IT Service Coordinator, managing IT operations for a US retail giant and practicing incident and problem management skills.

Akash started their career at Dell as a Technical Support Executive, providing first-level support for corporate clients, troubleshooting hardware and networking issues, and installing and configuring various applications.

Throughout their career, Akash has demonstrated expertise in IT service management, project management, operations management, and IT governance.

Akash Deogade completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Aurora's Engineering College between 2001 and 2006. Prior to that, they attended KEN Junior College from 1999 to 2001, where they completed their High School education with a focus on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry (M.P.C).
