Dalina Co

Dalina Co has a diverse range of work experience. Dalina is currently employed as a Business Analyst at dss+, where they specialize in operations management consulting. Prior to this, Dalina participated in the X-Culture Global Collaboration Course as part of their MSc program, where they worked in a global virtual team to develop a business plan for a multinational company. Additionally, they worked as a Student Assistant at the International Business Language Department and the Chair of Macroeconomics & International Economic Relations at Universität Paderborn. In their role as a Fair Hostess at MTC Agentur für Messen, Tagungen u. Congresse, Dalina gained experience in event hosting.

Dalina Co's education history includes obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in International Business and Management with a focus area in Sustainable Society from the University of Groningen from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business Studies from Paderborn University, where they studied from 2016 to 2020.

In addition to their degrees, Dalina has obtained various certifications. Dalina completed the Language Centre | Dutch for native speakers of German A2 course from the Language Centre at the University of Groningen in June 2021. In January 2021, they obtained a Data Management certification from the CITI Program, A Division of BRANY. Dalina also participated in the X-Culture International Business Consulting Project in a Global Virtual Team and received a certification from X-Culture in December 2020.

Further certifications include a Leadership Development Experience from AIESEC in September 2019. In March 2018, they completed the E-Tutor Qualification from the University of Paderborn. Prior to their university studies, Dalina obtained a Diplôme d'Etudes en langue française (DELF) B2 certification from the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale et de la Jeunesse in July 2015. Furthermore, they achieved an ETS TOEFL iBT certification from The TOEFL test in May 2020.
