John Doyle

John Doyle is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, strategy, and performance improvement across multiple sectors including mining, health and safety, and organizational development. Current roles include participation in the CIM Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Committee and the City of Burlington Pipeline to Permit Committee, as well as serving as an executive member of the CIM Health and Safety Society. As Managing Partner at SolutionStream Performance Improvement Group, John focuses on enhancing high-performance cultures for small to medium-sized enterprises, particularly in technology and mining areas. John also holds advisory positions with dss+ in mining and metals, and The Compassion Society of Halton, while serving as Board Chair of the Burlington Museums Foundation. Educational achievements include an Executive Management degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. Previous experience includes project leadership at Orica North America, where John co-led significant business improvement initiatives.
