Kirra Shaw

Kirra Shaw has been working as a Subject Matter Expert in Culture & Capability for dss+ since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DuPont Sustainable Solutions for over 12 years, holding the position of Senior Consultant in Culture & Change Management in the Asia Pacific region. Kirra started in February 2010 and left in March 2022. Before joining DuPont Sustainable Solutions, Kirra Shaw worked as a Senior Consultant at Schneider (Australia) Consulting from January 2000 to January 2010.

Kirra Shaw completed a Graduate Diploma in Psychology at Monash University in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration and Management from Deakin University in 2000. Kirra also holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) degree from Edith Cowan University. Kirra has additional certifications as an Executive Coach from Coach Global Pty Ltd and is registered as a Psychologist with the Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
