Monica Famularo

Monica Famularo has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Monica currently holds the position of Strategic Project Manager at dss+, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, Monica worked at DuPont Sustainable Solutions where they held various roles. From May 2017 to December 2020, they served as a Learning and Development Consultant. From December 2013 to April 2017, they worked as a Talent Development Leader. And from January 2011 to December 2013, Monica held the position of Talent Acquisition, Development, and Retention Specialist at the same company. Before their time at DuPont, Monica worked at Coastal Training Technologies as a Training & Product Development Coordinator from January 1998 to December 2010. Earlier on in their career, Monica spent five years at Edgar Cayce's A.R.E. where they held the positions of Human Resources Manager from January 1993 to January 1998 and Human Resources Coordinator from January 1988 to January 1993. Additionally, they have also worked as a Marketing Representative at Olsten Staffing Services from January 1987 to January 1988 and as an Office Manager at Goodfriend Temporary Services from January 1983 to January 1987.

Monica Famularo obtained their B.A. in Communication Studies from Virginia Tech from 1979 to 1983. In 2016, they enrolled at Erickson Coaching International and completed the Erickson Certified Professional Coach (ECPC) program, specializing in Solution Focused Coaching. Additionally, in August 2018, they obtained the Associate Certified Coach certification from the International Coach Federation.
