Renata Caruso has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Renata started their career as a Supply Chain Coordinator at General Motors from 1992 to 1996. Renata then moved on to become a Procurement Manager at General Motors from 1997 to 2002. Renata then worked as a Senior Product Manager at Leroy Merlin in 2002, followed by a role as a Senior Business Manager at Agrega in 2003. From 2004 to 2009, they served as the Business Development Director at Nimbi S/A where they were responsible for business development, client management, and implementing supply chain solutions. Renata then joined Novartis in 2009 as the Head Of Procurement, leading a team of 35 people and managing a budget of US$ 450 million. In 2013, they became the Director/Owner of ICI Marie/R2C Arts. In 2018, Renata worked as a Sales Business Development at G2A, and from 2019 to 2020, they were the Head of Sales and Business Development at Molécoola | Fidelidade Ambiental. Renata Caruso has a diverse education history. In 1988, they graduated from USCS - Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul with a degree in Business/Foreign Trade. In 1998, they pursued an MBA in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Additionally, in the same year, they also attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas for a course in Negotiation. In 2001, they briefly studied Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2006-2007, they attended Ibmec for a program focused on Supply Chain. In 2010, they studied Business Administration and Management, General at Florida International University - College of Business. More recently, in 2018-2020, they pursued studies in Interior Design at Escola Panamericana de Artes. In 2020, Renata Caruso expanded their knowledge by undertaking various short courses. These include studies in Waste Management at IFRS, Environment and Sustainability - Global Discussions at Universidade Aberta, and Solid Waste Management & Environmental Law at Trevisan Escola de Negócios.
