Senior Manager - ANZ at DuPont Sustainable Solutions

Tania Montesin has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and industries. Tania is currently the ANZ Lead for FMCG Ag Food & Bev at dss+, where they began in November 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Manager at the same company.

Before joining dss+, Tania served as the NSW Ambassador Chair at Whitelion starting in August 2021. In 2019, they became a Board Member at NAWO - National Association of Women in Operations.

Earlier in their career, Tania held various positions at DuPont. From August 2019 to March 2022, they worked as a Senior Management Consultant, leading a Cultural Transformation program and playing a significant role in the launch of DSS Transform, a cloud-based decision support system.

At Asahi Beverages, Tania worked as the Regional Manufacturing Operations Manager from April 2016 to August 2018. Tania successfully implemented manufacturing improvements and integrated the supply chain across multiple sites. Prior to that, they served as the Manufacturing Operations Manager in NSW, receiving several national awards for their achievements.

Earlier in their career, Tania gained experience in manufacturing management roles at Goodman Fielder and Bush's Pet Foods, specializing in team development, food safety compliance, and commissioning of a greenfield site.

Their career began in 2001 at National Foods, where they served as the Site Production Manager for six years.

Tania Montesin holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from the University of Sydney. Tania also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Strategic Management from Deakin University. Tania has participated in various study tours, including the Industrie 4.0 - Seimens Digitalisation Germany Study Tour 2017, where they received a Prime Ministers Industry 4.0 Taskforce certificate, and the Asahi Japan Study Tour 2017, where they obtained a certificate in Operational Excellence. Furthermore, they have completed additional certifications in various fields, such as Corporate Sustainability, Developing Data Strategy, Business Analytics, and Managing the Company of the Future. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as Coursera, AGSM @ UNSW Business School, Cambridge Judge Business School, and the University of London. Tania's education history also includes their attendance at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM), although the specific degree or field of study is not provided.
