Vinicius Branchini has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vinicius began their career as a Planning Engineer at Promon in 1998 and continued in this role until 2002. In 2003, they joined DuPont as a Planning Engineer, where they were responsible for commercial strategy definition, pricing, project fulfillment, and staffing in the Latin America South region. Vinicius stayed with DuPont for three years and then moved to Alstom Transport in 2006, where they worked as a Project Controller for one year. In 2007, they transitioned to Alstom Power as a Lead Project Controller and held this position until 2010. In 2010, they rejoined DuPont and took on the role of Senior Planning Manager until 2012. Vinicius then became the Fulfilment Leader for the EMEA Region, a position they held until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Global Fulfilment Leader at DuPont. Currently, they are the Head of Safety Technologies at dss+.

Vinicius Branchini pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with their degree in Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá. Vinicius attended this institution from 1994 to 1999. Afterward, they enrolled in Universidade de São Paulo (USP) from 2001 to 2003, where they completed a specialization program in Project Management.

Aside from their formal education, Vinicius Branchini also obtained a certification in Leading Innovative Change from UC Berkeley Executive Education in December 2018.
