Carly Owens, MSA, is an experienced Environmental Health Safety Specialist currently leading EHS initiatives at DuPont since August 2025, focusing on air, water, and waste infrastructure while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Previously, Carly served as the Environmental, Health and Safety Manager at XALT Energy, cultivating the EH&S department and driving improvements in safety performance metrics. Carly's background includes roles at International Flavors & Fragrances as an Environmental & Sustainability Specialist and at DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences coordinating regulatory reporting and environmental activities. With a solid foundation in analytical technology and hazardous waste management, Carly holds a Master’s in Administration from Central Michigan University and multiple certifications from Delta College.
