Daryl Roberts

Daryl Roberts is a seasoned executive in operations and engineering with extensive experience in the chemical and energy sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Chief Operations & Engineering Officer at DuPont since August 2018, Daryl also holds a position on the Board of Directors at American Electric Power since December 2020. Prior to these roles, Daryl was with Arkema from 1998 to 2018, progressing from Plant Manager to Vice President of Manufacturing, Engineering, and Regulatory Services, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and safety across multiple manufacturing sites in the Americas. Daryl's early career includes roles at Bailey Consulting, CVC Inc., and Eastman Kodak Company, with a strong focus on manufacturing engineering and health and safety. Daryl holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Howard University, an M.S. in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Rochester, and an MBA in Manufacturing and Technology Management from Rochester Institute of Technology.
