Lee Clarke

Lee Clarke is an experienced professional in the field of Compensation & Benefits, with a background in working for reputable companies such as DuPont and The Chemours Company. With a strong focus on expat policy and international pensions, Lee has held various roles including Director of Compensation & Benefits and Head of Global Benefits. Lee also has experience as an HR Service Centre Team Leader, managing day-to-day administration of pension plans. Prior to this, Lee worked as a Pension Review Team Consultant at RSA. Lee holds a BA Hons in American History and Politics from Middlesex University.
