Riad Ardahji

Riad Ardahji is a seasoned professional in continuous improvement and lean transformation, currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Leader and Lean Transformation Practitioner at DuPont since January 2023. Previously, Riad held the position of Director of Continuous Improvement & Best Business Practices at Adient, where leadership focused on streamlining processes across operations to enhance customer experience and drive profitable growth. As Managing Director at Michiana Lean Tech, LLC, Riad offered business consulting solutions and fostered stakeholder relationships. Riad also contributed to Cooper Tire & Rubber Company as the Global Industrial Engineering/CPS Business Process Lead, leading global complexity reduction initiatives. In academia, Riad served as an Associate Professor at the Indiana Institute of Technology, teaching various engineering courses. Riad holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering/Engineering Management/Supply Chain from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tickle College of Engineering at the University of Tennessee.
