Ashley Overton

Ashley Overton has extensive experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management, currently serving as the North America Regional EHSS Manager for Dura-Line since March 2023. Prior roles at Pioneer Natural Resources Company included Staff HSE Specialist, Lead HSE Specialist, and Senior HSE Specialist within the HSE Center of Excellence, focusing on program development, project management, and analytics to enhance HSE processes. Additional experience includes serving as a Corporate Environmental, Health and Safety Compliance Specialist at Trinity Industries, and an Equipment Compliance Specialist at Mission Well Services. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Purdue Global, along with multiple certifications and degrees in safety and environmental science from various institutions.
