Sebastijan Bach

Sebastijan Bach has extensive work experience in the adhesives industry. Sebastijan is currently serving as the Vice President of Hot Melt Adhesives at IFS Industries, Inc., starting in June 2022. Prior to this role, they had a long career at Clariant, where they held various positions. These included being the Global Business Manager for Adhesives from January 2017 to June 2022, the Consumer Business Manager for North America from January 2020 to April 2022, the Sales Director for North America BU Additives from December 2015 to July 2017, the Global Head of Technical Marketing for Formulators/Coatings/Inks/Hot Melt Adhesives from January 2009 to December 2015, the Global Technical Marketing Manager for Hot Melt Adhesives from January 2005 to December 2008, and the Technical Marketing Manager for Coatings&Inks from August 2000 to December 2004.

Sebastijan Bach completed the General Management Program at the University of St.Gallen in 2013-2014. In 2010, they obtained a Six Sigma & Lean Green Belt from UMS. Sebastijan pursued a degree in Applied organic chemistry, Dip.Ing. Chemistry, at Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm from 1994 to 2000.
