Carolyn Schuster

Carolyn Schuster began their work experience in 1990 at Principal Financial Group, where they held various technical roles and led a team of 14 developers and analysts. Carolyn then worked at Carlson Marketing, overseeing IT operations and infrastructure support. Carolyn also served as a program manager for their largest loyalty client. In 2009, Schuster joined Aimia Inc as the Senior Director of Information Technology, Infrastructure, and Operations, responsible for global end-user services. Carolyn later became the Director of Information Technology, Operations, and Infrastructure. From 2018 to 2020, Schuster worked as a consultant at Entegee, managing a strategic technical transformation program. Currently, they are the Director of Information Technology at Dura Supreme Cabinetry.
