Priya Kumar

Priya Kumar is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in recruiting and people operations. Currently serving as the Director of HR at Durable Capital Partners LP since September 2022, Priya previously held the position of Director of People Operations at Maiden Home from July 2021 to September 2022. Prior roles include Vice President and Associate in Recruiting Management & Operations at Goldman Sachs from December 2017 to July 2021 and Campus Recruiter at Accenture from September 2016 to November 2017. Priya began the career as a Campus Recruiting Coordinator at ADP from June 2014 to August 2016. An alumnus of NYU Stern School of Business, Priya earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on International Business.
