Ariana L. Horsley, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Human Resources Manager and People Relations Partner at Duracell Inc. since August 2020, Ariana oversees HR initiatives related to compensation, disputes, and succession planning while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
