Karen Spindler, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over three decades. Karen currently holds the position of Vice President Global People Relations at Duracell Inc. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing and managing global human resources functions. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources - Global Technical Organization at Duracell Inc. and as the Director of Human Resources Operations.

Before joining Duracell Inc., Karen was the Vice President of Human Resources at DCI-Artform, where they played a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies.

In addition, Karen has also served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at The Marcus Corporation, responsible for providing HR support to all C-level corporate executives and associates within the operating units.

Karen Spindler, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, which they obtained between 1983 and 1985. Karen also pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Wisconsin, completing it between 1983 and 1986. Before that, they studied Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, from 1981 to 1983. Their educational background also includes attending Brookfield East High School from 1977 to 1981. Additionally, Karen has obtained various certifications in areas such as managing energy, crisis leadership, and workplace profiles, among others, from institutions like LinkedIn, RV Rhodes, Culture Index Inc., and the Center for Applied Cognitive Studies.
