Marco Montanaro began their work experience in 2009 at Unilever, where they held various roles over the years. Marco started as an Assistant Global Brand Manager for Dishwash and developed global retail and channel strategies. Marco then worked as a Regional Brand Manager for Fabric Conditioners, where they developed market development strategies and introduced a premium product range. Marco later became a Regional Senior Brand Manager for Fabric Conditioners, adapting and executing global strategies for the North Asia market. Marco then transitioned to the role of Global Senior Brand Manager for the Floors platform, where they designed and executed short and long-term strategies and managed innovation cycles. Their most recent role was Associate Marketing Director at Duracell, where they were responsible for the development and delivery of the global communication strategy.
Marco Montanaro completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Economia aziendale/manageriale from Università Bocconi in 2007. Marco then pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Marketing Creation from Copenhagen Business School in 2008-2009. Afterwards, they furthered their education at Università Bocconi, completing a Specialistica degree in Marketing Management from 2007 to 2009.
