Mike Taney

Mike Taney has a strong background in human resources, with significant experience at Duracell and Procter & Gamble. Mike joined Duracell in 2018 as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to that, they held various roles at Procter & Gamble, including Director of Global HR Talent Management and HR Operations, HR Associate Director for Global Business Services & Duracell Transition, and Global HR Manager for the Pet Care Division. Taney also served as the Senior HR Manager for North America Personal Health Care and the Senior Human Resource Manager for North America Health Care Sales. Their tenure at Procter & Gamble spanned from 1991 to 2018.

Mike Taney attended the University of Cincinnati from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mike continued their education at Xavier University - Williams College of Business from 1994 to 1997, earning an MBA with a specialization in Finance.
