Montarious Usher

Montarious Usher, Ph.D. has held various positions throughout their work experience. Montarious is currently the Director of HR Effectiveness at Duracell Inc., and previously served as the Director of HR Program Office and B2B HR Manager. Before joining Duracell, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology at DC and as a Senior Associate at E3 Federal Solutions. Montarious also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Northern Virginia Community College. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant at Grant Thornton LLP. Montarious began their career as an Employee Onboarding Intern at the American Public Power Association.

Montarious also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Acquisition and Contract Management from Strayer University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Excel PivotTables and MySQL Database Administration from Maven Analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance, and Prosci Change Management from Prosci.
