Roberto Torres has extensive work experience in sales, trade marketing, and e-commerce. Roberto began their career in 2003 as a Research Specialist at the University of Minnesota, where they developed artificial intelligence tools for personalization systems. Roberto then worked at BG Group as a Trainee de Marketing before joining Colgate-Palmolive. At Colgate-Palmolive, Roberto held various roles including Shopper Development Manager and Trade Marketing Manager, where they achieved impressive results such as increasing sales by 14% and achieving a ROI of 200%. Roberto then moved to Mondelēz International, where they served as a National Sales Manager and Sr Manager Perfect Store and Check-Out. In these roles, they delivered consistent sales growth and led successful campaigns. Most recently, Roberto worked at Duracell Inc. as the Head of E-Commerce, Direct, Pharma & Cash&Carry Channels, and prior to that, they were the Head of Sales Direct Channel, Pharma and Cash&Carry. Throughout their career, Roberto has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on delivering results.

Roberto Torres attended FIA Business School from 2021 to 2022, where they pursued a degree in Financial Market Operator. In 2011, they completed a post-graduate program in Business, Marketing, and Finance at the London School of Business and Finance LSBF. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they obtained a master's degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. In 2003, they were a research scholar at the University of Minnesota in the field of Computer Science. Roberto completed their bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 1997 to 2001.
