Steve Pilcher started their work experience in 2006 as a Product Market Manager Assistant at Amadeus. In 2009, they moved to Procter & Gamble and worked as an Associate Brand Manager until 2015. In 2016, they joined Duracell Inc. as a Brand Manager, responsible for developing communication strategies and Initiative Master Plans for various regions. Steve then moved on to become the Marketing Associate Director for Duracell's Global Brand Design and eventually became the Global Brand Director, responsible for growing the Duracell brand worldwide.
Steve Pilcher attended Aston University from 2004 to 2008, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Strategy. Before that, they attended Lady Manners School from 1996 to 2003, though they did not receive a degree or declare a field of study.
