Steve Rutter has extensive work experience in engineering and project management. Steve has worked at Duracell Inc. since 1990, holding various roles such as Director of Engineering, Senior Project Manager, Global Engineering Capability Leader, Project & Construction Manager, Global Initiative Manager, Technical Services Manager, Strategic Initiatives Manager, and Facilities Engineering Manager. In these roles, they have been responsible for leading teams, developing and implementing engineering strategies, managing project budgets and schedules, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of facilities. Prior to joining Duracell, they served in the US Navy as a Nuclear Engineer, where they were involved in operating and maintaining pressurized-water reactors on submarines and shore commands.

Steve Rutter has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Valdosta State University, obtained between 1987 and 1990. In 1999, they completed the Management Development Program at LaGrange College. Steve also attended Navy Nuclear Power School from 1982 to 1983, specializing in Nuclear Engineering. Additionally, Steve obtained an Advanced Project Manager Certification in 2013.
