Wim Vanaelten

Wim Vanaelten has a diverse range of work experience spanning across multiple industries. Wim is currently the Sn Operations Director for Duracell Inc. Prior to this role, they served as the plant manager for STEINZEUG-KERAMO GROUP. Wim also has extensive experience with Mars where they held various roles including senior Global Implementation leader, site LEAN & industrial engineering manager, Operations Manager, and production manager. Before Mars, Wim worked at Philips Innovative Applications as an Integral project leader and Black Belt. Wim started their career at tailored blank Genk as a technical manager and at ArcelorMittal as a support manager for the cold roll mill.

Wim Vanaelten holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen, which they obtained between 1989 and 1993. Wim also earned an MSc in engineering from KU Leuven, completing their studies between 1993 and 1996. In 2018, Wim obtained a certification as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt from mts Consulting Partner.
