Boe Sacks has had an extensive career in the printing and technology industry. Boe began their career in 2002 with FedEx Office as a Senior Project Manager, where they coordinated a consistent workflow and consulted clients on how best to produce their work. In 2008, they moved to CCS Printing as a Production Specialist, where they operated offset presses, proofed for errors, inspected and managed printing machines, and was responsible for meeting deadlines and quality expectations. In 2009, they joined ARC Document Solutions as a Prepress and Color Specialist, where they were the sole client service representative and principal liaison between the company and off-site production facilities. Finally, in 2014, they were hired by DuraMark Technologies, Inc. as the General Manager of the Redmond, Washington facility. In this role, they were responsible for production scheduling, quality standards, raw materials inventory planning and control, and staff training and development. Boe was also able to eliminate the need for overtime, orchestrate a 66% staffing reduction with no disruption to productivity, and implement a production schedule that reduced daily rush order printing by over 87%.
