Kristin Carcel

Kristin Carcel, MBA, possesses extensive experience in human resources and project management, currently serving as Human Resources & Information Technology Project Manager at Durand since September 2017, following roles as Human Resources/Project Management Coordinator and Human Resources Coordinator. Additionally, Kristin has been the Chief Operating Officer at Carcel Household since September 2006. Earlier in their career, Kristin worked at Prudential Financial from July 1998 to September 2006 as a Project Manager, supporting business and technology initiatives in International Investments and Insurance. Kristin holds an MBA in Information Technology & Marketing from Rutgers University - Newark and a BSBA in Business Management from Bucknell University, accompanied by a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
